This Site describes Airport Transportation, Chauffeur Service, Executive Transportation, Group Transportation, Long-Distance Transportation, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provided by 419 Rideshare. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to 419 Rideshare and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. 419 Rideshare may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
